Finding the Clinic
Enter the Professional Building II through the revolving front doors. Take lobby elevators on the right to the third floor. Exit the elevators to the right, then turn left. Walk down the hallway until you see the clinic on the right side.
Before Your Appointment
Visitor Policy
For everyone’s safety, clinic patients can only bring one visitor at this time. Anyone who comes to this location will be screened at the door for COVID-19 symptoms or recent exposure.
Please arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Restrooms are located directly in front of our office suite.
