Finding the Clinic
Enter the Professional Building II through the revolving front doors or the doors from the patient parking. Take lobby elevators on the right to the third floor. Exit the elevators to the right, then turn left. Walk down the hallway until you see the clinic on the right side.
Public Transportation
When arriving by bus, you should get off at the Main and Morphy bus exit. Walk towards the JPS Professional Office Complex—two tall buildings in front of the bus stop. Go toward the Professional Building II on the right and enter through the revolving doors.
Before Your Appointment
Visitor Policy
For everyone’s safety, you can only bring one visitor at this time. Anyone who comes to this location will be screened at the door for COVID-19 symptoms or recent exposure.
Please arrive 20 minutes or earlier before your scheduled appointment.
Infectious Disease Services
You may benefit from infectious disease services at this location if you have:
- Confirmed test for HIV
- Lyme disease from bacteria in a deer tick bite
- Potential bacterial infections like pneumonia, urinary tract infection (UTI), and tuberculosis
This location does not provide care for people with hepatitis, sexually transmitted infections (STIs), tuberculosis (TB).
