To schedule an appointment, call 817-702-9100. Your doctor may refer you for care, and your insurance plan may require a referral to cover the cost of your care. But you can schedule an appointment for orthopedic services from Acclaim Physician Group without a referral.

If you take the bus, get off at the Eighth and Oleander bus exit. Walk south for about three minutes towards the tall building on Mistletoe Boulevard. Enter the Professional Building on the right.

If you take the TEXRAIL Station (the T), which runs every 20 minutes, get off at Magnolia and Sixth street. Walk west for about three minutes towards the tall building on Mistletoe Boulevard. Enter the Professional Building on the left.

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Bring your ID and insurance card to all visits.
If your primary care provider referred you, please bring your health history notes and test results to your appointment to help determine your best course of treatment.

History of the Location
Our clinic originated on the UNT Health Science Center campus in Fort Worth. Because of growth, we moved to Texas Health Resources Harris Hospital Ben Hogan Center in 2011. The Acclaim Physician Group of the Acclaim Multi-Specialty Clinic then absorbed the clinic. Several of our providers came directly out of the Tarrant County Residency program, the same program our providers work alongside now. We've been Acclaim since it was founded in 2016. Since we're ever growing and evolving, we have expanded to the Baylor All Saints Hospital Fort Worth campus, where we are now The Acclaim Multi-Specialty Clinic.
