Please call us to schedule your appointment. Same day appointments are available for patients who are currently established with JPS PCP. Lab services are available by appointment only. Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Bring your ID and insurance card to all visits and check in when you arrive.
Before seeing your doctor, you can relax in our lobby and use our free WiFi.
You don’t need an appointment to drop off a lab specimen, but you must still check in.
