How to Make an Appointment
You’ll need a primary care provider or doctor’s referral to schedule an appointment with a doctor at this location. Once we have your referral, we can schedule an appointment. Talk to your doctor or call our office if you have questions or need assistance.
Finding the Clinic
Enter the Professional Building II through the revolving front doors or the doors from the patient parking. Take lobby elevators on the right to the third floor. Exit the elevators to the right, then turn left. Walk down the hallway until you see the clinic on the right side.
Public Transportation
When arriving by bus, you should get off at the Main and Morphy bus exit. Walk towards the JPS Professional Office Complex—two tall buildings in front of the bus stop. Go toward the Professional Building II on the right and enter through the revolving doors.
Before Your Appointment
Visitor Policy
For everyone’s safety, clinic patients can only bring one visitor at this time. Anyone who comes to this location will be screened at the door for COVID-19 symptoms or recent exposure.
Please arrive at least 20 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
Liver Health Services
Get advanced care for your liver conditions from our liver (hepatology) and digestive (gastroenterology) specialists. Keep your liver as healthy as possible with treatment for conditions including:
- Hepatitis A, B, C
- Cirrhosis
- Elevated liver function tests (LFTs) levels
- Fatty liver disease (steatosis)
We don’t provide care for patients with alcoholic hepatitis or who need a liver transplant.
