You’ll need a primary care provider or doctor’s referral to schedule an appointment with a doctor at this location. Talk to your doctor or call our office if you have questions or need assistance.
Finding the Clinic
Enter the Professional Building II through the revolving front doors. Take lobby elevators on the right to the third floor. Exit the elevators to the right, then turn left. Walk down the hallway until you see the clinic on the right side. For your convenience, restrooms are to the left of our suite.
Before Your Appointment
Please arrive at least 20 minutes before your appointment. Once you arrive, check in at the front desk.
Conditions We Treat
Take advantage of the gastrointestinal (GI) services at this location if you have:
- Blood in stool
- Chronic diarrhea
- Crohn's disease
- Dyspepsia
- Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD)
- History of colon cancer
- Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS)
- Liver disease
- Ulcerative colitis
This location does not provide care for hepatitis or perform liver transplants.
